Return & Refund for the Exploratory Consultation Service

• Cancellation: If the client cancels the consultation, a fee of 10 Kuwaiti Dinars will be deducted from the paid amount.
• No-Show: If the client does not attend the scheduled time without prior notice, the consultation will be considered cancelled, and no refund will be provided.
• Refund: No refund will be provided after the consultation has been conducted.

Return & Refund for Consulting for Establishing Projects in China

• Cancellation: If the client cancels the consultation, a fee of 30 Kuwaiti Dinars will be deducted from the paid amount.
• No-Show: If the client does not attend the scheduled time without prior notice, the consultation will be considered cancelled, and no refund will be provided.
• Refund: No refund will be provided after the consultation has been conducted or if the consultation is cancelled by the client.

Return & Refund for Consultation for Traveling to China

• Cancellation: If the client cancels the consultation, a fee of 20 Kuwaiti Dinars will be deducted from the paid amount.
• No-Show: If the client does not attend the scheduled time without prior notice, the consultation will be considered cancelled, and no refund will be provided.
• Refund: No refund will be provided after the consultation has been conducted or if the consultation is cancelled by the client.

First: Registration and Payment

• The subscription fee is non-refundable after the workshop content has been sent.
