Scheduling the Time: The consultation time will be scheduled after the payment is completed.
Rescheduling: The client has the right to reschedule the consultation by coordinating with our support team, provided that the rescheduling request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellation: If the client cancels the consultation, a fee of 10 Kuwaiti Dinars will be deducted from the paid amount.
No-Show: If the client does not attend the scheduled time without prior notice, the consultation will be considered canceled, and no refund will be provided.
Consultation Duration: The consultation lasts 20 minutes only, and the client must adhere to the scheduled time.
Delay: Any delay on the client’s part will be counted within the consultation time, meaning if the client is late, the delay will be deducted from the consultation time.
Refund: No refund will be provided after the consultation has been conducted.

First: Registration and Payment

The participant must pay the full fee to gain access to the recorded workshop.
Once payment is confirmed, the workshop link or access details will be sent within one hour.
The subscription fee is non-refundable after the workshop content has been sent.

Second: Intellectual Property Rights and Copyright Protection

All training materials, videos, slides, and content provided in the workshop are protected under intellectual property laws and are exclusively owned by the workshop provider.
Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the workshop content with others, whether for free or for a fee, is not allowed.
Recording, downloading, or republishing any part of the workshop is strictly prohibited without official written permission from the provider.
Participants are permitted to use the materials for personal use only and may not use them for commercial or educational purposes without prior authorization.

Third: Workshop Access Duration

Participants have access to the workshop content for a lifetime.
The content may be updated or removed at the organizer’s discretion, and participants will be notified in case of any changes.

By purchasing this digital file, you agree that the amount paid is non-refundable.
The list will be sent to the customer upon completion of the payment process.
If you are unable to open the file, please contact us for the necessary support.
Please note that the digital file is subject to intellectual property rights, and therefore, its use, distribution, or copying is prohibited without prior permission.
We reserve the right to take legal action against any violation of these terms.
